Appointments in Italy and abroad
After the intense schedule set for March, boat shows scheduled for April 2009, hold big surprises. Many are the events both in Italy and abroad.
From April 2 to 5, besides the second appointment with LuganoNautica in Switzerland, it’s the turn of Antibes Yacht Show that attracts expositors from all sectors, from brokers to interior designers, followed by the Moscow International Boat Show from April 9 to 12, which is constantly on the rise and hosts world brands interested in deepening the knowledge of the Russian market. Among the many there are: Azimut, Ferretti, Princess, Jeaneau, Yaretti, Monterey, Bavaria, Sessa Marine.
From April 14 to 18 the Bahrain International Boat Show is scheduled. It will host 100 expositors, representatives of 150 brands, set against the background of the luxurious artificial Amwaj islands. We then shift the focus to Shanghai, at the China International Boat Show, from April 16 to 19 that will host 400 brands and will provide for gala dinners, seminars for the staff, charity boat races. In Singapore it’s scheduled the seventeenth edition of the Boat Asia that will host events such as jazz concerts and Brazilian dances and it’ll present the creations of top-brands such as Formula, Cruisers, Marquis, Grand Banks, Horizon, Azimut, Searay, Beneteau, Riviera, Riva, Princess, Lagoon.
The old continent, from April 18 to 22 will host the Dublin Boat Show and from April 25 to May 3 the Palma International Boat Show.
As far as it concerns the appointments in Italy, from April 24 to 26 the first edition of the White and Blue will take place in Rimini. The event put itself up as an international business meeting where shipyards, retailers, navigation companies will meet two hundred Italian and foreign top buyers interested in the purchase of a boat. The agenda of prefixed meetings also scheduled yachts sea trainings within the three days in which the event takes place.
From April 22 to 26 on show there will be the del Salone Nautico dell’Adriatico (Fano Yacht Festival), where visitors will have the chance to enjoy the presence of 150 boats available for tests in the sea. Among the news, the Abacus 52 and 86 and the Betram 700. A great number of events is scheduled, all dedicated to business and entertainment. On April 25 the Varazze ten-day Boat Show 2009 starts up. Operators and dealers of the Varazze Marine will display about 30 open and flybridge motor boats. Among the brands on show, the main Italian and foreign shipyards: Azimut, Cranchi, Absolute, Fairline, Sealine, Marquis, Princess, Primatist, Airon Marine and Beneteau Montecarlo.
To conclude, from April 29 to May 3 on show there will be the Salento Boat Show also dedicated to sustainable tourism, which put itself up as a multi-target trade show reference point for the entire Eastern Mediterranean area. It ranges from “nautical tourism” to “territorial marketing” aimed at developing a kind of tourism able to value economic and social growth potentials, while being eco-friendly.
