Cookery Course on Board at the Beppe Croce Sea School

Whoever wishes to enchant his guests with appetizing dishes, non only at home, but on the sailing boat too, can go and attend the On Board Cookery Course on the Grampus of the Beppe Croce Sea School on 14th, 21st and 24th May 2009.

Roberto Avanzino, professor at a catering vocational school and professional skipper, will teach to cook delicious, yet rapid, dishes on board. The course scheduled two nights on the boat and one Sunday sail followed by the delivery of certificates of attendance.

Among the many issues raised: the effects of cooking on food, the diverse kinds of menus, cookery on board, cooking pasta without water, wines and aperitifs.
