Marchesi on show at the Triennale

Forty years of cooking and challenges

Gualtiero Marchesi is one of the most famous chefs worldwide; he was able to give to the Italian cuisine a contemporary touch. This is the reason why the Triennale di Milano decided to narrate with an exhibition his long journey  full of challenges – the latest being the one to renounce to the ratings given from guides for his restaurant Il Marchesino -  and full of achievements.

“I am very pleased – states Marchesi – that the Triennale di Milano decided to dedicate to me an entire exhibition through which I will have the chance to narrate step by step forty years of cooking and challenges, of encounters and teachings.”

To receive further details about the event we will have to wait until next year: the exhibition is in fact scheduled for October 2009.
