Kenzo up for auction
At Druot, 1300 pieces of his private Collection
Another great artist of the fashion world opts for turning the page and disclose his art collection. Kenzo Takada, Japanese founder of the homonym maison, today made in France, decided to make public 1300 works of art of his private collection.
Jewels, statues, ornaments and furniture coming out of the trips of his entire life, or items that belonged to the poet Andrè Breton, will be auctioned on 16th and 17th June 2009 in Paris at the auction maison Druot.
The total value of the auction is esteemed to be around 2 million euros.
