Vintage boats in Peschiera del Garda

From 26th to 28th June, double event on the Lake

Double event for the fans of vintage boats in Peschiera del Garda from 26th to 28th June 2009 with the Vintage Boats Show and the Riva Historical Boat Meeting.

The events have been organized for over 25 years by the Yacht Club of Garda, with the purpose to be the point of reference for the nautical competitiveness of Garda, open to vintage boats, from the classical models to the alternative propulsion boats.

To revive the exhibition numerous collateral events, from the open air dinners to the gala, from the musical shows to the competitions for nautical skills.

Three days filled with events, starting Friday 26th June, with the arrival of the attendees to the Show, the reception and the boats admission at the Porto Casarola of Lazise. Saturday 27th June the attendees to the Show will be welcomed in the Porto di Peschiera. The boats will sail the entire day with stops in characteristic places, with the possibility to admire them closely and with big media impact, among which the prestigious Hotel Villa Cortine of Sirmione.
At 8.30pm gala dinner at the Golf Club Chervò S. Vigilio of Pozzolengo (BS). The evening will be enriched by the musical show of the Franco Oppini’s Band.
Sunday 28th June at 11am the tests of nautical skills will start in the water space in front of the Porto of Peschiera. At 1pm will take place the prize giving and the party at the very beautiful Porto Cesare Casarola, on the lake terrace in Località Cà Bosca of Lazise.
