The Italian firm Digitart presents a pearl of innovation, dedicated to luxury boats.
After years of research and of advanced technological applications on mega yachts and on exclusive residences, the firm led by Nicola Tinucci tweaked the first Virtual Steward, a real virtual steward who manages and co-ordinates the on-board life, providing any kind of service and comfort.

Able to interpret the requested orders and to fulfill the demands while interacting with the system, Virtual Steward is endowed with an advanced software, that will make it possible to organize and co-ordinate the life of the guests, according to their needs, in the most discrete way possible.

There are many things that the Virtual Steward can do: from activating the room cleaning to providing a personalized morning alarm system, with in-room-served breakfast or in the porch, according to the guest’s preferences, and also to send service messages to all the cabins and to display them on all on-board monitors, and much more.

Besides, this complex system is endowed with a “black box” where all the procedures are reported every minute, so to keep it always under control.
