<p><strong>Victoria Beckham</strong> is more and more sexy and glamorous: the singer, turned famous for being one of the Spice Girls, presented last wednesday, 6th may 2009, at the <strong>Macy’s Herald Square</strong> in <strong>New York City </strong>the <strong>2009-2010 autumn/winter collection</strong> of the <strong>underwear </strong>by <strong>Emporio Armani</strong>.</p>
<p>An exclusive event, obviously attended by King Giorgio and by Mrs Beckham, to announce the new <strong>advertising campaign</strong> that will soon conquer the slickest pages and the most populated squares of the world, catching the attention of men and women.</p>
<p>Very beautiful woman, famous wife and mother, Victoria Beckham seems to have all what it takes to be considered nasty or arrogant, however…Yesterday she offered to take pictures with the fans: she’s basically <strong>perfect from any angle</strong>.</p>

On the occasion of the first <strong>BIT of Milan</strong> day, <em><strong>Borsa Internazionale del Turismo</strong></em>, has been presented the new edition of <strong>Assisi Endurance Lifestyle 2009</strong>, the international event sponsored by Regione Umbris and <strong>full of top level initiatives</strong>, which will take place on <strong>26th September 2009</strong>.</p>
<p>Nature enthusiasts will be able to take part in <strong>eleven days</strong> of <strong>sport, economy, culture and entertainment</strong> and to rediscover Assisi, <strong>UNESCO</strong> world heritage site.</p>
<p>Key moment of the program will be the <strong>European Endurance FEI Open 2009 Championship</strong>, the most important competition of the endurance season and a must-do appointment for sport, horses and nature enthusiasts. </p>
<p>The European Open championship takes place <strong>every two years</strong> and all European and world wide nations take part in it with their <strong>best horsemen</strong> who must cover a 160km distance. This year, Assisi, the green heart of Italy, will provide the background to the competition. A perfect choice, since endurance is the equestrian sport which best emphasizes the respect for horses and for nature, highlighting the feeling between man and the most noble of the animals.</p>
<p>After the <strong>2007 edition in Portugal</strong>, to which 88 horsemen form 20 different nations took part, also for the 2009 editions all the big names of this discipline will be present, <strong>ufficiale FEI</strong> since 1982 featuring 24 competitions in Italy in 2008 &#8211; 10 of which international – and the title of <strong>World Team Champion</strong>, achieved in Dubai in 2004.</p>
<p>A touristic offer coming from Umbria, devoted to tourists travelling in an “active relax” with a new concept of tourism applied to a kind of sport which can become the starting point for a careful intercultural consideration. Endurance is, in fact, the national sport of the Persian Gulf countries and their adherence to these competitions represents an important occasion for gathering, also due to the numerous collateral appointments.</p>
<p>Among those, stand out the prestigious cultural congress of the <strong>Università per Stranieri di Perugia</strong>, <strong>Thursday 24th September</strong>, which will be attended by popular personalities from the middle-eastern and Italian world, such as Queen Rania of Jordan; the <strong>Forum economico</strong> devoted to the bilateral relationship between Italy and the United Arab Emirates, which will take place <strong>Friday 25th September</strong> at the prestigious<strong> Lyrick Theatre of Assisi</strong>, and which will be attended by important representatives of institutions and of enterprises, such as the <strong>Minister of Economic Development</strong>, <strong>Claudio Scajola</strong>, and the <strong>Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum</strong>, deputy president and <strong>Premier of the UAE</strong> and <strong>governor of Dubai</strong>.</p>
<p>Fireworks, gourmet occasions, concerts and Arabian Night-style Gran Galà for an event devoted to sport, nature and to culture gathering.</p>

<strong>Make-up Mode</strong>, the new collection by<strong> Shu Uemura</strong>, for the<strong> Spring 2009</strong>, elevates make-up to the status of art. <strong><em>Mirage</em></strong>, conceived by the Shu Uemura international artistic director<strong> Kakuyasu Uchiide</strong>, realized the rising illusion of beauty peculiar of every woman.</p>
<p>We are talking about the 128th <strong>Shu Uemura Make-Up Mode collection</strong>, an optical phenomenon that slowly unveils itself like a mirage. Enhancing the uniqueness of every woman’s face, the natural spots of light and shadow are highlighted through the use of colour coats and contrasting textures, selected by experts.</p>
<p>Just like impressionist paintings, the colours, if closely observed, almost seem casually applied, but if observed at a certain distance they create the effect of a persistent image, clearly defined. The coats of colour and the textures, appearing on eyes and cheeks, delicately enhance every part of the face, creating a significant dimensionality thanks to sophisticated combinations of light and shadow.</p>

The Rolex auction of the <strong>Davide Blei</strong> collection, organized by the <strong>Patrizzi &amp; Co Auctioneers</strong> scheduled for March 22, in Milan, is deemed to be 2009 world major event as far as it concerns high-quality clock-making auctions.
